We cannot begin to thank you enough for the effort you went to to make our first family holiday special and memorable ! Iflyflat made the unaffordable and what’s beyond reach to most so easy to experience. Sydney to Singapore First Class...WOW, Business class from Singapore to Dubai - equally as WOW !! Then to top it off, the A380 Singapore Airlines Suite for my wife and daughter - out of this world ! (originally was supposed to be the wife & I but my 13yo daughter asked me nicely ! So I had to settle for a 'normal' first class cabin lol.. The service from start to finish was beyond anything we could have imagined. On behalf of my wife, daughter and myself - a massive thank you. We’ll be booking next year shortly.

We needed last minute business class flights to Bali which iFLYflat and Ysabel were able to find the appropriate flights. She was very helpful in signing me up to the appropriate airline rewards program to use the points I have. Ysabel was also able to find the best link with the lowest point redemption for the flight. Finally Ysabel worked tirelessly overtime to ensure that I got the appropriate tickets and the points were transferred. I was very happy with their service.

I cannot recommend iFLYflat highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable, thanks in large part to Ysabel, who was an absolute delight to work with. Her attention to detail, and warm approach made the entire process stress-free, even when I had to change flights and cities. Cheryl was fantastic. I was distressed about the changes to the val ue of points through American Express and she was able to navigate a way through all that and still find us lovely comfortable flights to Europe using our points. She was patient as I dealt with the membership issues with the flight programs and even after searching with difficulty for appropriate flights and finding them, she managed to alter some to accommodate our indulgence in the lounges. We are delighted. She is professional and cheerfully persists in seeking out things we required. Very few organisations will go the extara mile these days so we really appreciate that.
